1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.
How to exchange your voucher(s):
Please call Appian Line Panorama Tours at least 24 hours before the departure of your tour to arrange your hotel pick-up time and location. Otherwise, please arrive at the redemption location 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time (7:50 PM). Please present your signed voucher(s) to the driver.
